Hi, I'm Emily!! :)
I love creating custom cookies! My process starts with understanding the event and any wishes or suggestions from my customer. I then start by sketching out designs on paper. This is used as a template for cookie cutouts. For decorating, I use several techniques (and I learn more all the time!). My grandma and grandpa help with the general production of the cookies. My mom is making sure I get the entrepreneurial skills involved with business ownership, including accounting (tracking revenue and expenses and calculating profit), customer service, marketing and scheduling.
Outside of cookies, I love playing basketball and spending time with my family.
